GO NOGO gauge for checking the aperture size of BB86 and BB92 bottom brackets. This product has been seen extensively on YouTube videos (Hambini, Mapdec etc)
- One side of the gauge is 40.95mm the other side is 41.00mm.
- Ideally, the 40.95 should go in with a light push and the 41.00mm should not go in.
- Please note this should not be used as a calibrated gauge, there is some tolerance in the machining process and is not a substitute for a calibrated bore micrometer.
- The Gauge has been machined on a lathe without mirror finishing so some marks may be present.

Simple but effective, I used and the flap wheel to open out the undersized hole on my Canyon. It is way better now. You can feel the reduction in drag.
3 bike shops and several hundred pounds didn’t fix it. This had the job done in minutes. It’s amazing that most bike shops don’t have such an essential piece of kit.

This makes fitting any sort of BB86 bottom bracket straightforward. The tool works as it should and it really takes the second guess out of measuring the hole. My Yoeleo was a bit on the small side, I honed it out and then fitted a Hambini BB, the spin test is unreal.
Once again a first class product and first class service. The only problem I had was obtaining one, he was probably banging his hairdresser too much.
