Q & A

Ask a question
Hi Hambini, A follow-up question on something you mentioned in one of your videos when fixing a BB - Would you recommend, from engineering and practical point of view, a setup with an Italian BB (on a Pinarello frame) and 30mm axle for crankset (Rotor)? Or it’s better to stick to 24mm axles? Thank you. Petru Jucovschi asked on April 4, 2023

From a cost and ease of installation view, 24mm is cheaper and easier to install. 30mm is a bit more fiddly

Hi Hambini, Do I understand correctly that this BB works with 30mm axle, like those from Rotor? Thank you in advance. Petru Jucovschi asked on April 2, 2023

That is correct. The DBCA needs to be 90.5mm
