sexy reaming innovations
The bottom bracket outputs a standard 24mm shimano fitment. If you can find a suitable reducer then I can see no reason why it should not work.
No I am not, there is not enough demand. Pinarello are the only major manufacturer to use it and they are in limited quantities.

I have one of Hambini’s racing BB’s but I could not justify the cost on my wife’s bike as whilst we are both keen cyclists, we are not pro level. I plumped for this because it seemed like a reasonable price for the performance.
The objective differences between the racing and SRI bb’s are subtle. The SRI feels slightly mottled and matt in finish. The Racing type is a bit more silky.
Fitting the BB was easy. It took 2-3 minutes. The spin test, unsurprisingly, was superb. It is early days, my wife claims to be able to feel the difference when she is out of the saddle.
Once again, I cannot fault Hambini’s service, it arrived within a couple of days and any technical queries were dealt with swiftly. I

First class service. Easy to fit. It just works. His kindergarten must be proud.

His YT personality may be decisive but his products are of very good quality. This is no exception. The difference between this and the highly regarded Hope BB that I removed is like chalk and cheese. The central alignment sleeve makes a big difference, the alignment is much better on the Hambini BB

The product itself is good, in fact it’s really really good to the point I’m tempted to buy the racing version and switch my Chris King BB from my best bike. I got this for my winter hack and the ability to pull the bearings at home was a big selling point along with Hambinis almost obsessive quest to provide engineering perfection (or as close to it) you can feel and see the difference in comparison to the stock Dura ace BB currently on the bike.
Fitting takes a couple of minutes and for anyone wondering both my park tool BBT 19.2 and park tool BBT 9 fit perfectly well. Taking the bike around the block and you can’t feel a thing, which is basically how it should be right! Smooth silent effortless spinning.
My only minor gripe was something completely out of Hambinis control, and that was the post offices best attempt to lose the delivery and eventually take over a week to actually get it to me but as I say nowt much a 5yr old can do about that, other than offer cheaper delivery options at checkout? Anyway when they come back in stock buy one especially if they are at the introductory price, you won’t get anything remotely close from anywhere else in terms of build quality or smoothness.

Nothing else can touch it. It is beautifully made and can be installed in a few minutes. Three of my clubmates have ordered them as well.
I have been following Hambini for many years and he has always been associated with the high end of the cycling world. This is a product for the masses. It is not as cheap as the Shimano BB but it is not a huge amount more for a big jump in performance.
I had to pay a total of €18 duty, taxes and charges to Germany so take this into account

Bought 2 BBs. Really high quality stuffs. This is da shiz. Can’t imagine how much better the racing versions are. Quite disappointed though, they didn’t come wrapped with a princess blanket in a shoe box. Too professional packaging i would say. 🙂

What set off with a headset bearing query ended up with the purchase of this BSA BB.
Great correspondence right from the off from Hambini. The BB was posted out to me rapid style and the quality of it when opening the well packaged box was Superb.
The grey/silver finish stacked up really well against my Titanium frame and was installed in no time at all after removing the old Shimano BB and a good clean down of the frame BB threads and surrounding area. The interface between the two components is class, both screwing in to the frame effortlessly.
Crank refit and the spin test proved silky smooth. 🙌

It’s like a glove spent perfectly in the frame delivery time very fast well packed thanks

Seamless transaction, the BB itself is again (not the first hambini BB purchased) is top notch.
Larry Johnson –
Quality assembly. Simple installation and it works perfectly.

Perfect dimensions and fit, excellent finish. Can’t comment on durability but this looks perfect so far.

Excellent service. I have bought 2 bb assemblies from Hambini in the past for a TIME frame and a Specialised frame. Both have given excellent service. However both were very expensive. Needing a new bb for my old Boardman Sport I felt a bb costing more than the bike was worth was not justified. So I bought one of the newer less expensive versions. It appears well made and was easy to fit with the Shimano tool for bb. A spin “test” wasn’t quite so impressive as those of the expensive Hambini bbs I’ve fitted. Nonetheless I’m happy with its performance so far. And I have finally rid myself of the last Praxis crankset I will ever own!

The product is really great and magnificent! Really felt that there was a significant difference in terms of performance compared to the shimano bb. Cant imagine what it would feel if i have the racing version. Would definitely save money to get the racing version!

*speechless*

Amazing quality and construction. This BB punches well above its price point.
Stuart Gregg –
This was my third Hambini BB, the first one was to solve a T47 frame alignment issue. The second also a T47 because I was so impressed with the quality of the first. So when I just built a bike up with a BSA BB and thought I’d give the new SRI’s a try, and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the market for a BSA BB. Apart from the quality of the components the Custom Service is second to none.

Rolls much better than a standard Shimano BB, I experienced a significant decrease in resistance while pedaling. Eliminated creaking noise. I needed O-rings to fit it with the crank.
Ryan K. –
Excellent product. It was a pleasure to hold this engineering masterpiece in my hand before installing it. The annoying creak sound that was coming from my bottom bracket (the old one was worn out) is long gone and my crank is spinning smoothly and quietly. I’m very happy with this purchase.
Tristan B. –
Top shelf quality part.
Robert –
Easy installation, fit and works perfectly.

I bought the SRI BSA BB, but haven’t got the chance to start my bike build yet. As a fellow engineer in mechanical design, I rate the quality of the parts very good. The concentric fit of the two halves is perfect, no play, yet not binding. It truly seems very well made, so look forward to put many miles on it.
I was a little disappointed not to find a nice little sticker to show off the presence of a Hambini BB on my frame. They were sold out on the website too.

Excellent communication, delivery and product.

Shipped to the western US in less than a week. The installation video was helpful as this bottom bracket is a little different from other BBs. Very nice quality, love the oversized bearings (relatively speaking,) and the serviceable qualities of the unit. Very pleased with my purchase and the service.
Sam Campbell –
Fit very smoothly into my frame and runs much more freely than the Shiman BB did. A standard Icetoolz BB tool fit perfectly. Happy to have a nice quality BB with replaceable bearings.

Installed easily and worked as expected.
Mark C. –
Worth every penny. Corrected the misalignment in my Marin Four Corners. And also my Genesis Croix de Fer. A very worthwhile upgrade. No hype, it’s the real deal.
Peter –
It goes round and round in a most excellent manner. Not up and down, not side to side – exclusively round and round. Just so we are clear. I also couldn’t help but notice that robots are not permitted to buy this product (during the online purchase there is a checkbox with the only option being “I am not a robot”). When the robots take over they will not forget this discrimination! Be warned.
