I broke the spacer during the install by over tighten the BB on my “Crapvelo” frame last Saturday. Didn’t see the replacement on the site, so I emailed support for help and got a prompt response the next morning, 8 hour time difference. Hambini requested order # to ensure the right part and I received the shipped notice a few hours later. This is Sunday!
